Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, and contaminants. Repair all cracks and voids using a polymer-modified mortar in a cement:sand:Star Waterproof Exterior ratio of 1:3:15% and allow it to cure. Lightly sand glossy or uneven areas with 220-grit sandpaper and remove all dust before application.
Mixing
Shake Star Floor Shine Part A and Part B separately before use, then combine in a 2:1 ratio in a clean mixing container. Stir thoroughly for at least 2 minutes using a slow-speed stirrer at 300–400 RPM until a fully homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Application
Apply Star Floor Shine using a high-quality brush, roller, or paint pad for small areas — use a roller with an extension pole for larger floors for even coverage. Apply thin, even coats using smooth overlapping strokes.
