How to Apply

Surface Preparation
- A clean, sound surface with a good mechanical key is the goal of surface preparation. Dust, plaster, oil, paint, grease, corrosion deposits, and any other harmful materials should all be removed thoroughly from substrates that could interfere with adhesion.
- There must not be any water residue on the surface of the substrate.
- Ensure the surface is fully cured & dry before applying.
Mixing
- Before mixing, shake Star Solar Shield Part A & Part B individually to loosen the content until homogenous.
- Then pour Part A & Part B into the mixing container in a ratio of 4:1 & thoroughly mix or stir for at least 2 minutes using a slow speed (300-400 RPM) drill machine attached with a mixing paddle or manually.
Application
- Use a brush, roller, or airless sprayer to apply a uniform wet coat onto the surface.
- Apply a second coat with a gap of 4 hours.
- Completely coat all surfaces including edges, joints, fasteners, and transitions.
- Let the surface dry for at least 24 hrs for complete curing

Precautions

Clean Surface
The surface must be free from scale, oil, grease, or other chips and CLEAN and DRY before coating application.
Adhere to Instructions
Follow the application instructions carefully to ensure proper coverage and adhesion.
Proper Drying Time
Allow the coating to dry completely prior to exposing it to water or any other element.
