Application Process
- Surface Preparation: Clean surface thoroughly removing dust, dirt, oil, grease, and old coatings. Fill cracks and ensure smooth surface.
- Mixing: Base + Hardener mixed in 4:1 volume ratio. Stir slowly for 3-5 minutes, induction for 5-10 minutes. Pot life: 2-3 hours.
- Application: Apply using spray (airless/conventional), roller, or brush. Two coats recommended for optimal protection.
- DFT & Drying: Dry film thickness 100-150 microns total. Touch dry in 2-4 hours, recoat after 6-8 hours, full cure in 7 days.
- Conditions: Apply at 10°C–40°C with relative humidity below 80%. Avoid direct sun or surfaces above 50°C.
Safety Precautions
Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Use PPE including gloves, goggles, and respirators. Test on a small area first for compatibility and desired results. Do not apply in direct sunlight or on surfaces with temperature above 50°C.
