How to Apply
Step-by-step application guidelines
Surface Preparation
Thoroughly clean and mechanically prepare the concrete surface. Remove all contaminants, laitance, and weak surface material. The surface should be sound, dry, and free from cracks.
Mixing Components
Combine the four components (Resin, Hardener, Aggregates, Pigments) in the precise ratios specified. Mix thoroughly using a mechanical mixer until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Application
Pour the mixed material onto the prepared surface and spread evenly using gauged trowels. Use spike rollers to eliminate air bubbles and ensure proper thickness and consistency.
Curing
