Dry-mix cement, sand, and aggregates, then add 50–70% of the required water. Mix Star Cement Shield-Hydro with the remaining water, add it to the mixing drum, and mix for approximately 3 minutes until homogeneous. Check the slump for desired workability, then place the concrete as required.
