    Clean surface thoroughly. Remove all rust, oil, grease, dust, and loose particles. Surface must be dry and clean.

  • Mixing & Application

    Stir thoroughly before use. Apply by airless spray (recommended), conventional spray, brush, or roller.

  • Recommended Parameters

    Airless spray: Nozzle size 0.015-0.019 inch @ 140–180 bar. Apply 2 coats for optimal protection.

  • Drying & Curing

    Touch dry in 30–60 minutes. For full cure, gradually heat to 200°C for 1 hour after final coat.
