Surface Preparation
Clean and prepare the surface by removing dust, dirt, and loose particles.
Mixing
Mix powder with liquid polymer using mechanical mixer until smooth slurry forms.
Application
Apply first coat, then second coat perpendicular after 6-8 hours.
Curing
Allow 3-5 days for air curing without water curing.
How to Apply
Follow these detailed application steps for optimal waterproofing performance.
Surface Preparation
Prepare the surface by thoroughly removing all dust, dirt, soot or any loose particles. Degrease all the oil and grease spots, if any, with appropriate solvents and wash the surface with a jet of water. Let it dry. Fill and repair all the cracks and crevices.
Mixing
Take a clean container and mix the powder content with the liquid polymer slowly using a slow speed mechanical mixer until the slurry becomes smooth and homogenous. Allow the slurry to stand for few minutes so as to raise the water vapor bubbles. No dilution with water is needed.
Application
The surface should be pre-wetted thoroughly with water & brought to a touch dry state before. Apply the first coat of the slurry using a stiff nylon brush, roller or trowel to fill all small undulations. Apply second coat after 6 to 8 hours in perpendicular direction to the previous one.
