Star Leak Proof PU is a nano-based, low-viscosity, moisture-reactive polyurethane injection grout, specifically designed for sealing microcracks (<0.2 mm), voids and porous concrete from the negative side with an expandable, chemically and corrosion resistant seal. This PU based waterproof injection grout is solvent free and supplied as a 2K system.
Star Leak Proof is a low viscous injection grout composed of PU base, formulated to be placed by free flow under gravity or injected using a suitable hand or mechanical pump. It is non-shrink, resistant to water ingress, stable in seawater, impervious to freeze-thaw cycles and resistant to most chemicals. Ideal for leak sealing and waterproofing of basements, terraces, retaining walls and water tanks.

How to Apply
How to Apply Star Leak Proof PU in 3 Steps
Injection application through drilled nozzles.
Identify and Prepare
Conduct a water ponding test or thermal imaging to identify leak sources and mark leak points. Clean the surface so it is free from contaminants, dust, oil or loose particles. Drill small grooves or ports at definite intervals and install G.I. nozzles as injection points.
Mix and Inject
Shake until homogenous, then mix and stir for at least 2 minutes using a slow speed (300-400 RPM) drill with a mixing paddle to avoid air entrapment. Do not dilute or retemper with water or solvent, and keep stirring during application. Pressure grout manually or mechanically through the installed nozzles, lightly blocking subsequent nozzles during pressure grouting for complete pore filling and keeping polymer modified mortar ready to block the tip of the G.I. nozzle.
Seal and Finish
Plug nozzles with mortar after injection and clean tools immediately with water. Allow proper curing time before subjecting to water pressure. Use appropriate PPE and ensure adequate ventilation.
