Method of Application
Applying this premium acrylic sports floor coating is simple
Surface Preparation
Concrete should cure for at least 28 days and asphalt should be fully cured before application. Remove dust, grease, algae, oil, and contaminants, repair cracks, and ensure the surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound.
Mixing
Stir Star Sports Floor Coating thoroughly before use — mechanical stirring is recommended. Thinning is generally unnecessary; if required, add up to 10% clean water and continue stirring during application.
Application
Apply by roller, brush, or airless spray in two coats with the recommended drying time between coats. Apply court markings after curing, and avoid rain and excessive humidity during application.
