A two-coat professional application system.
Surface Preparation
Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove all contaminants, dust, and loose particles. Lightly sand to ensure optimal adhesion. Fill minor imperfections with compatible filler. Verify the surface is completely dry and free from moisture before application.
Mixing and Dilution
Mix and stir thoroughly for at least 2 minutes using a slow-speed (300-400 RPM) drill machine with a mixing paddle to achieve a homogeneous mix. Dilution ratio: 40-50% for brush/roller and 50-60% for spray application.
Application and Curing
Apply two coats using a synthetic bristle brush, short-nap roller, or professional airless spray system, with 4-6 hours between coats at 25°C ambient temperature. Allow 6-8 hours for complete drying with adequate ventilation, avoid water exposure for 24 hours, and maintain 10-35°C during application and curing.
