How to Apply
Method of Application
Applying this premium self-leveling metallic epoxy system is straightforward
Surface Preparation
Concrete should be fully cured and dry. Remove dust, grease, oil, curing compounds, and loose particles, then mechanically grind or shot blast the surface, repair defects, and apply an epoxy primer where required.
Mixing
Pre-mix Part A thoroughly, add Part B, and mix using a slow-speed mixer (300-400 RPM) for 3-5 minutes. Add metallic pigment, mix until uniform, avoid entrapping air, and do not dilute with water or solvents.
Application
Pour the mixed material, spread with a notched squeegee or gauge rake, remove air using a spike roller, and create decorative metallic effects using approved techniques. Protect the coating during curing and apply a UV-resistant polyurethane topcoat where required.
