Star Densifier Sodium is a sodium-silicate-based liquid chemical treatment engineered to harden, densify, and dust-proof concrete floors from within the slab itself, rather than sitting on top of it as a film. It reacts with the free lime (calcium hydroxide) that remains in cured concrete, generating additional Calcium Silicate Hydrate (C-S-H) gel — the same binding compound that gives concrete its strength — which fills the microscopic capillary pores near the surface and physically closes off the channels through which dust, water, and chemicals would otherwise migrate.
Because the densification happens inside the existing concrete matrix, there is no film to peel, blister, or wear away over time. Surface Preparation
Remove all dirt, dust, and debris; degrease any oil or grease-stained areas and rinse thoroughly. Repair cracks, spalls, and joints with a suitable concrete repair mortar, and confirm the slab is a minimum of 14–28 days old, dry, and free of curing compounds or existing coatings.
Apply & Keep the Surface Wet
