Do not add water or unauthorised thinners — use only recommended PU grade thinner if required at a maximum of 5–10% by volume. Keep stirring continuously during application to maintain consistency.

Step 3

Application

Apply Star Corrosion Shield Industrial onto the prepared surface using airless spray, conventional spray, brush, or roller. Two or more coats can be applied based on requirement, with each subsequent coat applied perpendicularly after a minimum recoat interval of 8 hours.
